Quote Follow-Up is for tradespeople and other small businesses who have already sent a quote and want a polite reminder without chasing the customer by phone or text. It creates email-only follow-up drafts for Day 3, Day 7, and a Final follow-up. You review each draft before you send it yourself.
How it works
- Enter the customer, the job, and the price. The price is the tradesperson’s own price from the quote already sent.
- Generate the Day 3, Day 7, and Final follow-up emails.
- Copy each email and send it from your own email. Nothing is sent automatically.
Day 3 is a polite first reminder. Day 7 is a second, short reminder. The Final email closes the follow-up politely and leaves the door open if the customer wants to go ahead later.
Email only, and you stay in control
- Email only. No SMS.
- Nothing is sent automatically. You copy and send each email from your own email.
- The price is the tradesperson’s own price. No new price, discount, or refund promise is invented.
- Stop after a decline or after the Final email. Do not keep following up after a customer says no.
- You review every draft before sending it.
