These Terms of Service explain how you may use ReplyFlow. Please read them before you use the demos on this website. By using the demos, you agree to these terms.
Who runs ReplyFlow
ReplyFlow is run by Laila Raza, a sole trader in Pakistan, trading as ReplyFlow. ReplyFlow is a demo showcase website for salons and barbers, tradespeople, and cleaning businesses in the USA and the UK.
What ReplyFlow is today
At present, ReplyFlow shows demo tools only. There is no login and no account. The demos run in your browser. The demos do not save, send, or store the text you enter. Nothing is sent automatically. No payment is taken yet, and paid plans are not yet available. The demos and the pages on this website may change before paid plans begin.
What the demos do and do not do
Review Reply drafts suggested replies to real Google reviews that a business has already received. Quote Follow-Up drafts follow-up emails for quotes that a business has already sent. The demos only draft suggested text. You must check and send anything yourself, from your own Google account or your own email.
ReplyFlow never creates, buys, or fakes Google reviews. It never offers incentives for reviews. It never asks for a Google password or login, and it never posts to Google itself.
You must check every reply for truth and honesty before you post it on Google. You must follow Google review policies and local law. In the USA, that includes the FTC fake-review rules. In the UK, that includes consumer-protection rules on fake or misleading reviews. Do not use the demos to create fake reviews, to argue with reviewers, or to invent prices, discounts, or refund promises.
Quote Follow-Up drafts email only. It does not send text messages, and it does not send anything automatically. Stop after a reply, a decline, or the Final email.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking every suggested reply and email before you use it. Make sure it is true, accurate, and fair for the actual review or quote. Do not post or send anything you have not checked. Use ReplyFlow lawfully and honestly.
No promises
ReplyFlow makes no promise of more customers, jobs, bookings, or income. The demos are showcase tools that draft suggested text. Results depend on your business and on how you use the drafts.
Prices, payment, and cancellation
Prices shown on this website are planned only. No payment is taken at present. When paid plans begin, payments will be processed by the payment provider as merchant of record, which handles card charges, tax, and subscription billing. The prices in checkout will match the prices shown on this website. A planned 7-day free trial means no charge is planned during the trial period. Cancellations stop future charges. Refund requests are handled as described on the Refund Policy page.

Changes to ReplyFlow and these terms
ReplyFlow may change the demos, the pages, or these terms before paid plans begin. If these terms change, the updated terms will be posted on this page.
